Every consultation, seminar, workshop or design I deliver will be tailored to help you engage more deeply with your customers and prospects, so that you can build a bigger role for your business in their lives.
I am particularly sensitive to the needs of small businesses and non-profits, where the limitations of time and money are often most acute. The solutions I propose are practical and 'doable' for any business — regardless of size — and will include action items for immediate implementation (and immediate gratification) as well as a view toward building for the long term.
