'I Love You More than My Dog' by Jeanne Bliss is an amazing collection about companies who are doing the right thing, because it is the right thing, and the resultant benefits that occur for their employees and for their bottom line.

'Trombone Player Wanted' is a series of short videos by Marcus Buckingham that will change the way that you think about yourself, about your strengths and weaknesses, about your job, your business and your staff. It's a great video series to include in your management retreat or should be an essential part of your employee development program; I highly recommend it for new hire training or even prior to hiring - once you view it, you'll understand!
